Lisa's Visit

Lisa came to town this weekend!  She was a bridesmaid in a wedding on Sunday, so on Saturday we got to see her between the bridal luncheon and rehearsal dinner.  The kids were WAY excited! 

The kids were still napping when she arrived, so we snuck over to a nail salon and she treated me to a pedicure!  Catching up with a dear friend while having your feet pampered is the life. 

I miss my Dida!  :(  Already looking forward to our annual Christmas brunch at Wild Fork in Utica, and also ridiculously excited for the next time I can get away to Houston, hopefully to help her with a new house in the spring or summer!  And my excitement has NOTHING to do with the fact that I will be travelling alone for the first time in YEARS!
